1. About LEGOFOOT AI

LEGOFOOT AI ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered image generation platform that lets users create football-themed, LEGO-style fan art and parody-style images from text prompts and optional reference photos.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use LEGOFOOT AI. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@legofoot.org if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Payments and Billing

All payments for credits and subscription plans on LEGOFOOT AI are processed by our third-party payment processor, Creem. By purchasing credits or a subscription, you agree to Creem's applicable terms and to pay the listed price in full.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

LEGOFOOT AI delivers digital products and consumable AI credits. Because credits can be used immediately, all sales are generally final. Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy, including specific exceptions for duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions, technical failures preventing credit delivery, and billing errors.

6. User Responsibility for Prompts

You are solely responsible for the text prompts, names, descriptions, and reference photos you submit to the Services. You must have the rights necessary to submit any content you upload and you must comply with applicable law and these Terms.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not use LEGOFOOT AI to generate, request, upload, or distribute any of the following:

  • Adult content
  • NSFW content
  • Sexual content
  • Nudity
  • Violence or graphic content
  • Self-harm or content promoting self-harm
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
  • Harassment, bullying, or threats directed at any person
  • Child exploitation content of any kind

8. Content Moderation and Enforcement

All generation requests are automatically screened by an AI content moderation system. Requests that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are blocked. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, attempt to bypass moderation, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts and photos you submit. By uploading, you grant LEGOFOOT AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and store them solely to operate the Services for you.

9.2 Generated Images

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the images generated for you. AI-generated outputs may not be unique, and similar outputs may be produced for other users. Images are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

9.3 Third-Party Marks

LEGOFOOT AI is an independent AI artwork platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The LEGO Group, FIFA, UEFA, football clubs, leagues, or any athlete. All generated images are original AI creations based on user-uploaded photos.

10. Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • Users must upload only images they own or have permission to use.
  • Users are responsible for respecting copyrights and trademarks of any third party.
  • The platform does not provide official LEGO assets or licensed football content.
  • Users may not use the platform to infringe intellectual property rights of any person, club, league, federation, or brand.

We may remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe infringe intellectual property rights or violate this section. Copyright complaints may be sent to hello@legofoot.org.

11. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated images are produced algorithmically. We do not guarantee their accuracy, quality, likeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, including publicity and intellectual property rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGOFOOT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
