Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities and content that are not permitted on LEGOFOOT AI. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using LEGOFOOT AI, you agree to follow this AUP.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Services to generate, request, upload, share, or distribute:

  • Adult content, NSFW content, sexual content, pornography, or nudity
  • Sexualized content involving real or fictional minors (strictly forbidden)
  • Violence, gore, or graphic content
  • Self-harm, suicide promotion, or eating-disorder content
  • Hate speech, discrimination, slurs, or content targeting protected groups
  • Illegal content, including content that depicts or promotes illegal activities
  • Terrorist or violent-extremism content
  • Weapons, drugs, or other regulated goods presented in a promotional or instructional way
  • Content designed to deceive (deepfakes intended to defame, defraud, or impersonate)

2. Account Abuse

  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits or moderation
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring account access
  • Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with the content moderation system
  • Automated scraping, bot use, or unauthorized API access
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or probing the Services for vulnerabilities outside an authorized disclosure

3. Copyright and IP Abuse

  • Uploading content you do not have the right to use
  • Generating outputs intended to infringe trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights
  • Reselling generated images in a way that misrepresents them as official LEGO, club, league, or player merchandise
  • Misrepresenting AI-generated content as a real photograph of a real event

4. Illegal Use

You may not use LEGOFOOT AI to violate any applicable law or regulation, to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion, or to harm others.

5. Harmful Content and Conduct

  • Harassment, bullying, or threats directed at any person
  • Doxxing or sharing personal information of others without consent
  • Uploading photos of identifiable people without their permission
  • Uploading photos of minors without verifiable parental consent

6. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this AUP may result in any of the following, at our sole discretion:

  • Blocking of the offending generation request
  • Warning and removal of the offending content
  • Temporary suspension of your account
  • Permanent termination of your account without refund
  • Forfeiture of remaining credits
  • Reporting to law enforcement where required by law (especially for child-exploitation content)
