2. Information We Collect

When you register, we collect your email address and authentication identifier. If you sign in with a third-party provider (such as Google), we receive your name, email, and profile picture from that provider.

2.2 Billing Information

Payments are processed by our payment processor, Creem. We do not store full payment-card details on our servers. We retain only the transaction metadata Creem returns (order ID, product purchased, amount, status).

2.3 Content You Submit

We process the text prompts and reference photos you upload to generate images, together with the AI-generated images themselves and associated generation parameters (style, position, background).

2.4 Usage Data

  • IP address, browser type, device type
  • Pages viewed and feature interactions
  • Referrer and basic analytics events

2.5 Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Services may not function correctly.

4. AI Image Processing

When you generate an image, your prompt and any reference photo are sent to our AI generation pipeline and to upstream AI model providers acting as data processors on our behalf. We do not use your uploaded photos to train our own AI models without your explicit consent.

Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, images of minors without parental consent, government-issued IDs, or any other sensitive personal data.

5. Content Moderation

All generation requests are screened by an automated moderation system before processing. Prompts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy — including NSFW, sexual, violent, self-harm, hateful, illegal, or child-exploitation content — are blocked. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Creem – payment processing
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers – running the platform and storing your content
  • AI model providers – processing your prompts and reference images to return generated outputs
  • Authorities – when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety or property
  • An acquirer – in the context of a merger, acquisition or asset sale

7. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Generated images and uploaded reference photos are retained while you keep them in your gallery. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, tax records related to your purchases).

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, isolated storage) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
