Compliance & Safe AI Usage

LEGOFOOT AI generates images using third-party AI image models hosted by Fal.ai together with OpenAI technologies (including gpt-image-2 and Google Gemini image preview models routed through the Lovable AI Gateway). We do not train models on user prompts or uploaded photos.

Every prompt submitted to any image generation endpoint is sent to Creem's production Moderation API (POST https://api.creem.io/v1/moderation/prompt) before any image is generated. Only prompts that return an explicit allow verdict proceed. Prompts returning deny or flag, and any moderation timeout or error, are blocked (fail-closed). As defence in depth we additionally run OpenAI's omni-moderation-latest on the prompt and any uploaded image.

LEGOFOOT AI is intended to generate original, fictional brick-style football avatars only. Do not use the service to generate sexual content, content involving minors in a sexual context, graphic violence, self-harm, hate, harassment, or content that depicts real people in defamatory, deceptive, or non-consensual ways. Generated images must not be presented as official or endorsed by any player, club, league, federation, or the LEGO Group.

Moderation decisions are logged server-side (prompt, user id, decision, timestamp) for every request. Blocked requests never reach the image provider. Repeated attempts to bypass moderation or generate prohibited content may result in account suspension. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited content.

Users must upload only images they own or have permission to use. Users are responsible for respecting copyrights and trademarks. LEGOFOOT AI does not provide official LEGO assets or licensed football content, and users may not use the platform to infringe intellectual property rights of any person, club, league, federation, or brand.
